What can I expect from

ABC as a provider?

Team ABC is here for you. In addition to excellent professionals working one on one with your kiddo, we are happy to provide cross-departmental support to your family. Our social skills and program team are creating fantastic opportunities for your child to grow. Our clinical supervisors provide school collaboration, parent training, and direct and timely supervision to direct-care staff. Our billing and scheduling team work hard to maintain a consistent and smooth client experience. Our human resources and orientation team source and train top candidates for the important role of behavior technician. The HR team also coordinates with guardians and supervisors for questions or concerns that may arise.

How do I get started?

Eligibility for services is based on location, insurance coverage, and an ASD diagnosis. Once eligibility is confirmed, an intake assessment is scheduled along with an environmental home visit. These meetings are a great opportunity for ABC to learn more about your child's needs and for you to ask specific questions about our services. While your intake paperwork is submitted to your insurance provider, the HR team will launch the hiring process for a qualified candidate whose experience and education align with your child's unique needs. The typical timeline for this process is approximately 8-12 weeks from intake. We have in-house translation services for Spanish and can arrange for other languages as needed.

Importance of

early intervention

Early intervention (before age of 5) can change the course of your child’s life. Diagnosis’ can be made as young as 6 months of age. Through intensive ABA therapy programs, your child can have dramatic developmental improvements. Our goal is to improve your child’s skills across all areas of their lives to increase their enjoyment and productivity.  We work with an intensive program model (30+ hours per week) across home and center based sessions paired with parent education for the most significant results.
